ACEG pocketed its first ever“Guangsha Prize”

Recently, ACEG’s project – Anjian·Jinxiu Garden – a large residential quarters，won the 9th “Guangsha Prize”. It is the first “Guangsha Prize” ACEG has ever won and also the first prefabricated building project in Anhui province won this prize.
 
The certificate of the prize
“Guangsha Prize” is a national prize approved by the State Council. It is a grand comprehensive award for China’s real estate development projects jointly established by China Real Estate Association and the Housing Industrialization Promotion Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. It is equivalent to the “Luban Prize” and “Zhan Tianyou Prize” in China and represents the highest honor in China’s comprehensive real estate development industry.
 
 
Project – Anjian·Jinxiu Garden is located in Hefei, Anhui Province, it consists of 9 blocks with a total construction area of 98,181 square meters. The project commenced in 2016 and completed in 2019. It is the first prefabricated project developed by ACEG and also the first large-scale commercial real estate project in the province.
 
The winning of this prize fully demonstrates ACEG’s achievements in high-quality developments and good faith managements and is a full affirmation of ACEG’s efforts in promoting its enterprise reforms and innovation, strengthening fine managements, fulfilling social responsibilities of a state-owned enterprise and insisting on equal emphasis on qualities and services in recent years.
